They tend to be most concerned with the needs of other.

They are the best team builder, always listening to, encouraging and bringing
out the best in others.

They are motivated by appreciation for work done and have a strong need to please others.

Like the greens, they dislike confrontation and will give in to other to avoid
conflict.
